Class Descriptions:
Fiona Millward - Draws on her teacher training in the Franklin® Method of Dynamic Alignment and Imagery and Anatomy Trains principles. Class aims to support each individual in the deepening of their experience within set exercises through the use of imagery and Franklin® Balls, which can offer a powerful stimulus for change. Movement sequences then explore freedom and ease of motion, relishing detail and counterbalance and the effortlessly dynamic physicality this can create.
Cecilia Macfarlane - Class Desription to be uploaded shortly
Lyndsey McConville - Lyndsey's class focuses on dynamic use of the body, highlighting weight, suspension and rebound, together with strong articulation and clarity when moving. Complex co-ordination is explored, together with an emphasis on complete embodiment.
Charlie Morrissey - This class encourages a playful curiosity in exploring and expanding our experiences of the body, its multi-dimensional occupation of space, and its relationship to the ground and the support it offers. Working individually and in contact with others, we will enjoy a deeper sense of integration through the exploration of physical patterns, pathways and sensations.
